BA, Northeastern, 2007. Commercial Real Estate Intern for three years while in school. Performed Lease Administration, Market Research, and provided Brokerage support for a major REIT. Candidate currently works locally in strategic planning and marketing.

BS, Tulane, MBA Candidate. New to Washington, DC, the Candidate currently manages a Class A residential and Retail complex for an Owner/Developer. Prior to relocation, managed over 300,000 sf of redeveloped warehouse property. Well versed in budgeting, financial reporting , and tenant relations.

BS, Human Resources, 2005. Presently, the Candidate is an Assistant Property Manager for a medium sized Owner/Manager where the Candidate assists in the management of  a 450,000 sf portfolio of B+ , Commercial Office Property. Prepares budgets, financial statements and variance analysis. Has been with same employer since graduation.

BS, Business, VCU 2007. Real Estate major. Candidate manages 1mm sf of  retail space for a small Owner/Developer where the store spaces average 6,000 sf in neighborhood centers anchored by national supermarkets. This Candidate also assists in the management of  a 100,000 sf  office building. Interned with Commercial Real Estate firms every year while in school.

BA, Business, Penn State on scholarship. Candidate has solid, current experience managing a high end retail/entertainment complex with attached office space. Responsibilities include tenant build outs, marketing, security, budgets and financial reports. Candidate is significantly involved in community outreach.
