The Leyland Group provides Executive Search and Professional Placement services to our Clients on either a retained basis billed hourly, or on a fee basis equivalent to 25% of the successful Candidate's first year, base compensation exclusive of bonus, benefits, stock options or equity. Should compensation be largely derived from commissions (greater than 40% of earnings) then The Leyland Group's fee is based on a reasonable estimate of first year earnings.
Our staff has "real world" experience developing, building and managing Commercial Real Estate. Using our experience, we form a partnership with each Client to understand their goals, corporate culture and unique staffing needs. This enables us to recruit management professionals who recognize those factors that make our Clients stand apart from the competition, and to place fully qualified  professionals who will become core employees and make an immediate contribution to our Clients' bottom line.
Building strong partnerships enables The Leyland Group to go beyond recruiting and placing management professionals. The confidence these partnerships engender creates relationships that allow The Leyland Group to offer input on compensation and benefits, job descriptions and staffing levels, training in reading and evaluating resumes as well as training in interviewing best parctices. These partnerships also allow Clients to feel comfortable with The Leyland Group when dealng with confidential issues.
